An Autobahn Experience puts you and your group behind the wheel of the BMW Performance Fleet! The activities begin with a classroom chalk talk where everyone learns the basic dynamics of high speed driving. After the classroom you and your group put on helmets and strap into the BMW Performance Fleet. The lead and follow technique of Autobahn’s instructors allows the drivers to learn the racing line of the track much faster than trying to figure it out on their own.

While half of your group is learning the fine points of high speed driving on the North Circuit the other half is engaged in a competitive autocross in the paddock. This allows everyone to be learning and having fun at once.

This is a perfect way for people with little or no experience to feel the excitement of driving at high speed on a Formula One Style Racing Circuit.

GO-KART RACING

Experience Real Racing on a 1/2 mile Outdoor Go-Kart Racing Circuit! Book A Group Event Today!

The Autobahn Go-Kart circuit is the perfect place for a group outing. Let us plan a Go-Kart racing event for your next party, team building event, company meeting or picnic. This will prove to be a unique, fun experience for all. Your group can range from 15 to 50 people.

We provide the Autobahn Country Club facility along with the racing karts and staff for your organization to use. The Karts are Rimo AlphaKarts. They are powered by Honda GX 270 9 hp engines capable of reaching 50 mph, and have racing slicks for unbelievable cornering speeds.

Everyone in your group will be supplied a helmet, neck brace and karting jacket. There also is an informative classroom portion where driving technique and racing rules are explained to all the drivers.

Exciting Rides in The BMW Performance Fleet For Your Group On The North Circuit of Autobahn Country Club!

Autobahn Country Club is the perfect place for a group outing. This will prove to be a unique, fun experience for all. Your group can be as small as 50 or as large as 150.

You and your group will spend an afternoon experiencing one of the most exciting activities possible. You just put on a helmet and get strapped in for the ride. Experienced drivers do the rest. Feel what it’s like to accelerate to high speeds and then brake hard for all the twists and turns of a Formula One style Racing Circuit.

Available afternoons are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The on track portion starts at 4:00 pm. Cost per person will vary depending on the size of your group and specific catering requests.

Autobahn Country Club will tailor your racing experience day for you. You can choose from private group or corporate racing events. These racing programs are great for teambuilding.

Your event and catering needs will be custom tailored for what works best for your group by our Autobahn Country Club Executive Chef.

HISTORIC SPORTS CAR RACING RETURNS TO AUTOBAHN
COUNTRY CLUB

Come and feel the road racing excitement from the past at the Autobahn Country Club Bobby Rahal Historic Races, just 40 miles from Chicago. At the Bobby Rahal Historics, the cars are the stars. Vintage racecars from the past 50 years compete head to head on Autobahn’s premier 3.56 mile Full Circuit. The racing action is sanctioned by HSR and includes a huge range of classes including Can Am, Classic GT, GT Prototype, Formula 1, Indy Cars and Vintage Nascar among others.
